What is a terms of service?
In short, it is a list of rules/guidelines that protect both myself and the buyer when conducting business together. Please read through everything carefully! I can refuse service if the terms are broken.
DISCLAIMER: Do not try to loophole the system! Terms will be updated frequently to best reflect artist and client expectations.

  • Non-furry characters (humans, humanoids, etc)

  • Armor/mecha/etc

  • Fetish art i.e. inflation, vore, etc (including "safe" fetishes)

  • Hateful themes

  • Cultural appropriative content

  • Replicating other artist's styles

★ GENERAL TERMS ★

  • I hold the right to deny/halt any order for any reason. Please treat me with respect and do not use your commission as a means to begin small-talk with me. Refunds will be given if applicable

  • My artwork is not for commercial use! Anything regarding that must be discussed. Do not use my work with the intention of selling it without commercial rights. For example: on shirts, stickers, etc

  • Absolutely do not use any of my artwork in NFTs/blockchains/crypto/AI/etc of any kind

  • DO NOT trace/edit/repost/heavily reference my art

  • Commissioners may repost my art with the correct credit

  • You may not take sketches/work-in-progress pieces and complete them elsewhere

  • You must comply with Paypal's Terms of Service to order from me

  • Files will only be guaranteed to be stored for 90 days, after that it is your responsibility to keep hold of your files

  • Please credit me for the artwork when possible, such as: in your bio on a website, included in your post with the artwork, etc

  • Commissions will be completed as soon as possible. Larger projects may take 1-2 months to complete

★ PAYMENT ★

  • All of my prices are in USD

  • Payment through Paypal invoice or Ko-fi

  • Typically, I take full payment upfront before starting any work. Payment plans are available but will need to be discussed before ordering

  • REFUNDS: A partial refund will be given based on progress made. If no progress has been made you will receive a 100% refund (not including the tax/fee taken by Paypal). You are eligible to request a partial refund at any point in the process and cancel the commission, just note that you may be blacklisted from ordering in the future. You cannot receive a refund once the drawing is completed

  • EXTRA FEES: You will be charged extra fees if you; do not have a proper reference of your character(s), have complex character(s) design, need a rush commission/can't have the art drawn on stream, want to use the artwork for commercial use, and/or have complex commission requests

  • Tips are not required but are appreciated immensely

★ EXTRA CHARGES ★

  • COMPLEX CHARACTER CHARGE - $30-60/per character Characters including but not limited to: 5 or more colors, extra limbs, wings (unless the wings are in place of arms), many markings like spots/stripes/etc, among other characteristics. If you are unsure if your character classes as complex, send me a message. Price depends on size of piece. Characters that are MORE complex than the listed description may have a higher charge.

  • NO CHARACTER REFERENCE CHARGE - $50/per character If you do not have a digital and non-shaded reference image of your character I require a detailed description of your character(s) along with HEX color codes

  • RUSH CHARGE - $30-200 If you require your commission by a deadline, a rush fee may be charged. 3 week deadline + $30, two week deadline + $50, one week deadline + $100, same day deadline + $200.

  • PRIVATE COMMISSION CHARGE - $80 If your commission cannot be worked on during my Twitch live-streams, I charge a fee in order to set aside offline time to work on it.

  • COMMERCIAL CHARGE of my artwork is +200% of the initial commission cost & a flat-fee of $50

★ THE PROCESS ★

  • When ordering your commission, it is best to include as many relevant details as possible such as; pose, expression, background colors/details, etc. Reference images, multiple images of your character(s), other artwork, and even doodles of what you are after are all super great resources for me

  • After payment is made, I will deliver a sketch as soon as possible

  • Alterations must be requested during the sketch stage otherwise I will ask for additional compensation to edit

  • I will allow 2-3 free minor edits during the sketch stage, any additional edits may require compensation

  • Any coloring errors will be fixed for free at any point in the process

  • Progress will be shared in the following stages; sketch, line-art & flat-color, and shading

  • Finished pieces will be delivered via the original contact method unless otherwise stated

  • Commissioners will be given a non-watermarked file, a watermarked file can be requested

Emotes are drawn on a 600x600px canvas. Are compatible with Discord & Twitch, but can be formatted for other uses. Keep in mind due to small size, these are minimal detail and tend to be close-ups of the face. Some edits may be made to your character's design in order to enhance readability.

A headshot/bust drawing of your character! You pick the expression and which direction the character should be facing. These are flat color only. Sizes vary by character, but typically seem to be about 9 inches long and 7 inches wide. If you need a certain size please specify! Posca pens only come in certain colors, so colors may vary from your character!
They come laminated & with a clip.
Since I am new to making badges please understand these will not be 100% perfect, my cutting skills need practice and some Posca colors do not cover up the pencil sketch lines at times.
